Are you fascinated by pre-war cars and can see your future in restoring and maintaining them? Then you’re in the right place. At Oldtimerservice Kranz, you’ll work hands-on on a wide range of projects, restoring and maintaining vehicles from a truly special era. As a family-run business with over 20 years of experience in pre-war cars, we value quality, teamwork and genuine craftsmanship.

Who we are

Oldtimerservice Kranz is an internationally active family-run business specialising in pre-war cars from the 1920s and 1930s. Our focus is on restoration, maintenance and professional preparation of demanding pre-war vehicles. Our standard is always the same: the cars should not only look the part – they should be dependable to drive.
We understand that very few people already have experience with pre-war cars. What matters far more to us is a solid technical background, enjoyment of practical work and true interest in historic automobiles. New team members are trained personally by us and introduced step by step to the specific processes, technical routines and challenges of working on pre-war vehicles.
As a family company, we value respect, open communication and an environment where experience and fresh perspectives complement each other perfectly.

We’re looking for you!

Your main tasks:

  • General service work on classic cars
  • Restoration and vehicle builds incl. electrics
  • Adjustment work and logical technical thinking
  • Turning, milling and welding various materials
  • Direct contact for customers

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship (e.g. metalworker, agricultural machinery mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision machinist)
  • Work experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Passion for classic cars
  • English skills desirable (German skills an advantage for native English speakers)
  • Driving licence incl. trailer licence advantageous
  • Team spirit, tidy working style and a friendly manner
